I was very thankful for a better rest and sleep last night.
MAF came in today and took out three women for further training as medical workers.
“….he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.” Acts 13:22
June 4. The students finished reading Exodus in Bible class this morning. We started with Genesis 1 at the beginning of last year, grade 3, and have come through Genesis and Exodus since then. We did skip the reading of the chapters in Exodus that give the details of the tabernacle.
About mid-morning today, the weather started turning cloudy and cool, and soon we were having a little rain. It was raining when the kids were playing ball after school too.
This afternoon and evening were quite busy as I had food to prepare for supper and extra materials to prepare for school. Sorted, washed, and cut up greens and onions first of all. Daddy sliced up a little pumpkin for me, and I peeled it and cut it up into smaller pieces for cooking. Then I put spaghetti on to cook. The spaghetti sauce for Daddy came out of a jar and can. I sautéed onions and made a tuna sauce to go on my noodles.
The LP ran out just before supper was done cooking. I had to wait for Daddy to get that changed before I could finish cooking the food, so we were a little late eating, and I was late getting done with the dishes.
