Note: I admit to having a little fun with the pictures. :-)
July 2. A very chilly day and lots of clouds. Daddy started the wood stove later in the morning when we saw that the day was not likely to warm up.
While I was waiting (for lotu to start), I organized all the sale stuff so the things they would need to start with were all in two boxes, and all the extra things were set aside,.
Amos finished Acts 7 last week and taught this morning on how, in the first seven chapters of Acts, God gives opportunity once again for the Jews to enter into His kingdom. However, they rejected God’s Word, God’s prophets, and God’s Son.
After school today, Sunny stayed and ground rice for rice cereal and corn for corn meal. Graham, Phinehas, and Steve chopped firewood.
We didn’t get to nap until Sunny was done grinding grains so only had a short nap today. At 3:00 it was time for some of the students to be here to open the store.
I didn’t have a lot of grading to do today so had a little time to work on the computer before getting supper. First I got the new Bible lesson set up in the students’ file so it would be ready to print this evening. Then I finished up the June progress report and started proofreading it. Need to finish that shortly.
A little before 5:00, I started making pizza for our supper.
After getting the kitchen cleaned up, I printed out the Bible lessons and just finished a few minutes ago getting them into the students’ folders.
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.” Genesis 17:1
