June 14.  A few drops of rain fell from the sky around midday.  Otherwise it was another very dry day.  Since I didn’t do the wash last night, I did not get up early this morning.  Got up around ten past six and had breakfast and quiet time.  Got the bed made and laundry sorted out.  Still nobody was here for lotu.  It was 7:30 before a handful of people were here and lotu started.  Tomas did the teaching this morning, using Romans 8:5-8 and 13 as his text.  He talked about the difference between those who walk after the flesh and those who walk after the Spirit.

Right after lotu, Daddy started the generator and we did the wash.  Only did two loads today as we will need to wash again Tuesday evening so Daddy can pack his things on Wednesday to go to town on Thursday.  The sun was shining nicely, and there was lots of blue sky when I went out to hang clothes.  It felt good to be out there in the fresh air and sunshine.

After I came back in, I had a snack and then spent the rest of the morning finishing up lesson plans for this coming week of school.

After nap this afternoon, I put the pictures from Tuesday’s project day into the Kodak file.  Then I shut down the computer and went to the kitchen.  Daddy had cut up part of a large pumpkin for me, and I got that peeled and diced and put into the pot for soup.  Peeled, washed, and diced a few potatoes, and also cut up some spring onions.  Added herbs, butter, and beef bouillon, and put the soup on to cook.  Then I turned on the computer again and started fixing up the math lessons for this next week.  Since the battery was getting low, I plugged the power cord into the inverter, and turned on the inverter.  After I had worked for a while, I suddenly noticed that the computer wasn’t charging, and the battery was almost down to 40%.  What could be wrong?  We checked all the connections, and everything seemed to be fine.  Had the computer adapter gone bad?  We couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I shut down. It was almost time to eat anyway.

After supper, while I was cleaning up the table, Daddy went again to see if he could find out why the computer hadn’t been charging.  Finally discovered that one of the prongs had broken off the adapter that we use to connect the computer cord to the inverter.  Now, where did we put the old adapter?  We hunted all around the office, looked through a couple drums, boxes, suitcase.  Where could it be?  I asked the Lord to help us find it.  Otherwise, I wouldn’t have any way to use the computer or printer when Daddy goes to town.  The Lord put in my mind to look on our bedroom shelves where my craft things are.  Praise the Lord, there it was!  Daddy charged up the computer for a while, while I did the dishes.

This evening, I finished getting math lessons ready for printing.  Daddy had Bible school class with Wilson, and now a couple handfuls of young people are here practicing some songs to sing at outreach tomorrow.

“18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”  Revelation 22:18,19

June 12.  Going on 8:45 already.  It has been a busy evening.  Had a lot of scanning and printing to do.  It is a very warm evening too.  We still have the back door open.

Only had about twenty minutes after breakfast and quiet time before school started.  Daddy and I worked on the shopping list during that time and finished it this afternoon.  Looks like he will be going to town next Thursday and coming back the following Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on when he can get a return flight.

I was thankful for a pretty good nap today.  After nap, I finished grading today’s math work.  Got today’s grades recorded.  Then we finished the shopping list and I worked on the next Bible lesson for school.  Almost let the time get away, and it was already 5:00 when I went to the kitchen to make biscuits for my supper.

After supper, while I was waiting for the dish water to get hot, I practiced keyboard.  Want them to start learning songs to sing for the closing program for school this year.

Amos and Mata came around supper time.  They said that they have agreed together that the Lord would have them to help with the youth group.  We praise the Lord for that as there is certainly a big need for another couple to help.

“12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.”  Revelation 22:12,13

June 13.  Friday.  Not quite as hot today.  A lot of wind this afternoon.

I did not do laundry this evening.  It just tires me out too much to try to do laundry after getting supper (sometimes having to do a lot of preparation) and doing dishes.  Then after washing the clothes, I have to hang some things up in the house and also make the bed because the sheets get changed on wash day.  So we will do the wash tomorrow morning after lotu.

Today was test day in school - math test, big review in oral English, and spelling test.

It was going on 2:30 before we got to nap.  Then a fly made a pest of itself, preventing nap from being restful.  Finally got up and got busy grading the rest of today’s work.  The flies are really bad this year.  The people say there are a lot of flies around their houses too.  We haven’t seen this many flies in the six years since we’ve been here.

“14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.  15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.  16I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”  Revelation 22:14-16

Art Day!

June 10.  Whew!  What a hot, sweaty day.  I’ll be really happy for a bath this evening.

I just finished practicing keyboard, and it is nearly 7:00 now.  People are arriving for Bible school.

After breakfast this morning, I got an e-mail ready to go to Pastor O. along with the May progress report.  Then I finished getting the income report up-to-date.

Daddy had a bad migraine headache this morning and was feeling light-headed besides.

School was a little different today.  We had Bible class as usual.  Eight of the students recited their Bible verse.  After Bible class and a short break, I had the students count the money that had come in from their sales and then we discussed what to have Daddy buy in town for their next sales.  It was after 9:30 when we got that taken care of.  Then we got set up for their art day.  They seemed to enjoy making the soldiers, and now there are twelve soldiers hanging in a row on the bulletin boards.  And my soldier is still hanging on the map on the other side of the room where I hung it for the students to look at.  It took over two hours for everyone to complete their project. Then they had clean-up to do before they went home.

I warmed up dinner for Daddy and me, and then we had our nap.  Heard SIL come before nap was over.  Daddy got up and went up to the airstrip.  He was out in the hot sun quite a while talking to pilots and others who were on the plane so he felt pretty tired when he got back.

After I got up, it didn’t take long to get things ready for school tomorrow.  Then I worked until about 4:30 on revising the next Bible school lesson.  At 4:30, I went and started making cookies - oatmeal raisin spice cookies.

“3And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: 4And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.  5And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.”  Revelation 22:3-5

June 11.  Woke up to another foggy morning.  Daddy said we had a hard rain during the night, but I guess I was having a hard sleep.  I didn’t hear the rain.  It was a long time before the fog lifted this morning.  We had a partly sunny day and partly cloudy day.

It was going past 7:30 this morning before lotu started.  Amos preached on Acts 7:51-53.

We were able to start school a little after 8:30 which was a blessing because we really needed extra time for phonics class.  Since their new workbooks are set up a lot differently from the old ones, more time is needed to talk things over and learn how to use them.  I am trying to get them to do more work independently too, not only in phonics class, but in all the classes.  They need to be prepared for the junior high years of school, coming up before too long.

We went about ten minutes over time in our last class because I wanted them to finish the English lesson.  But for some reason, we were quite late finishing dinner and getting to nap.  Oh, yes, I remember now.  It was because Matthew came at lunch time and wanted Daddy to help him with some verses.

It was about 2:00 when we got to nap, and it was hard to get up even after an hour.  Guess I was tired today.

After nap, I washed my hair and finished grading their English lessons.  By the time I finished that, it was time to start supper.  Erovi brought us some greens today, and it took me quite a while to prepare them.  But I was very thankful to the Lord for sending us greens, as we just finished the last of our fresh veggies yesterday.  After I got the greens ready, I put on a pot of water to heat for spaghetti.  It was about 5:30 before supper was ready.  While supper was cooking, I had time to get things ready for tomorrow’s classes.

After supper and dishes, I practiced keyboard until the kids started arriving for youth meeting.

“Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.”  Revelation 22:7

Dad and Mom's house

June 8.  It has been a hot, humid day.  Was very stuffy in the meeting room today.  Don’t know why such a big room gets so stuffy even with the door and all the windows wide open.  The air is cooling down quickly this evening.

After breakfast and quiet time this morning, Daddy turned on the generator for a while so I could print out the next soul-winning lesson.  I didn’t realize he needed it for this evening.  When I opened the file for printing, however, I discovered that I had never made the students’ copy.  Oops!  So I spent the time the generator was running getting the students’ copy ready.  Then when I tried to put a picture in, the Bible picture CD wouldn’t work.  (I wonder if the CD drive needs to be cleaned.)  So they have their new lesson without pictures this evening.

By the time I had it ready, the power was off so I couldn’t print it.  Then I got an e-mail ready to go to Christy and Connie, and Daddy took the computer to the guest room to send the e-mail just before lotu.

Matthew preached at Ahnyauntapeq this morning; and, I believe, the youth choir sang.
After the special music in lotu, Matthew continued the discipleship lesson he had been teaching, talking today about the indwelling Holy Spirit as our Comforter and teacher.

In the afternoon meeting, David continued the soul-winning lessons, teaching from Genesis, talking about the garden God prepared for Adam and gave to him to take care of.  Then he made reference to the garden God has given us to work in -- John 4:35-38.

This afternoon, I hooked up the printer to the inverter and printed out the soul-winning lessons so they would be ready for this evening.  Daddy collated them, and I punched the holes.  When he gave them out this evening, however, I had done them wrong.  Two of the lessons were supposed to have two holes, and the rest three holes.  I had done them the other way around.  So Dallas and Sosthenes brought the rest of the wrong ones in to me, and I re-punched them with three holes.

After getting the lessons ready, I started gluing together the soldiers that the students will be making on Tuesday.  Then I started coloring my copy and getting it ready to put together.  Finished the coloring and got it all put together this evening after doing dishes.

“22And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.  23And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.”  Revelation 21:22,23

June 9.  The Lord sent us a mixture of sunshine and clouds again today, but also a little rain this afternoon.

We are still not sure if Daddy will be going to town next Thursday or the following Monday.  MAF hadn’t been able to tell him yet when a plane will be available, and they haven’t gotten back to him.  They are short on pilots right now because of several of the pilots being on leave so pilots from other areas are having to fill in part time.

Everyone was here early for school today.  Sosthenes wasn’t feeling well - had a migraine headache - so went home after we prayed and sang.  He was feeling better in the afternoon so came back for the last class of the day - spelling.

This afternoon, I didn’t have to get lesson material ready for tomorrow since they will be having art day.  I did have spelling lessons to grade and grades to record, but that didn’t take long.  Then I cut Daddy’s hair, and after that, I cut around the right hands of the soldiers they’ll be making for their art project so they can have him hold the sword.  Made sure I had everything together for their art class - art project papers, art kit, glue, poster adhesive, scissors, rags, tables, plastic table covers... I think that’s all.

Now Wilson is here for Bible school.  Just printed out a lesson for him.

“24And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.  25And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.  26And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.  27And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.”  Revelation 21:24-27

Standing on the Promises

May 30.  Very warm and dry again today, with high winds in the afternoon.

Just finished doing the weekly laundry.  Don’t know how much longer I will be able to do it, however.  Transferring the clothes from the spinner to the extractor is too much strain on my back, and my feet hurt too much.  If I could find some good shoes, maybe my feet and back would do better. I am thankful to be sitting down now.

Bible school students are here now, and Daddy is busy teaching.

This morning before school, I had a little time to find some music for a couple songs I plan to use in our school closing program this year.  Yesterday evening before bed, I had just a few minutes to start collecting some thoughts and writing down some ideas for the students to do a musical drama this year.  We have talked a lot about God’s promises in our Bible class so am building the drama around the theme “Standing on the Promises.”  Translated that song last night before going to bed, and that will probably be our starting and ending song.  Will see how things go as the drama unfolds in my mind.  Also started writing in some notes on the music for tenor and bass to learn on a couple songs because the children’s song books only have chords written on the bass staff.

Almost all the students did really well on their dialogue today for oral English in spite of the fact that they had a short school week.  I was very pleased.

There was a LOT of grading to do today, and I was busy with that most of the afternoon after nap until time to get supper.

“10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.  11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”  Revelation 12:10,11

May 31.  The Lord sent us a little rain late yesterday evening, and a couple rain showers again today.  There was also a good amount of sunshine today, and we enjoyed getting out for a little stretch mid-morning.  I did not try to go to the airstrip today.  It is too hard for me to walk on that trail now with the grass grown up, the pigs having dug up some of the trail, and the trail is needing to be leveled off.  So we went out the north gate this morning and went up on the hill behind the house and walked along that trail and back.

After getting up and dressed this morning, Daddy and I went out to hang the clothes.  Then we had our breakfast and quiet time.  It was close to 7:30 before we got started with lotu.  Tomas continued teaching on “Knowing the Will of God,” speaking today on Romans 12:1,2.

After lotu, Daddy turned on the generator, and I got some photos edited and put into the picture library.  Then we went for our walk.  When we came back, I worked on lesson plans until time to get dinner - spaghetti today.

Washed my hair after nap.  Then finished up the lesson plans and cleaned the bathroom.

The youth went to Tainaraba again today to carry coffee that Kelly had bought.

“3And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.  4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.”  Revelation 15:3,4

A Little Extra Rest

May 28.  The Lord gave us another dry day today.  Very warm and humid again this afternoon.  Several planes came and went today, one company taking loads of coffee, and SIL training another pilot.

In lotu this morning, Mike continued teaching on Stephen’s sermon in Acts chapter 7, covering verses 35-44 today.

There wasn’t much business for the students’ sale today.  So far in the three days, they have brought in K174.50.

Took a little longer nap than usual today.  Guess I needed a little extra rest.  The rest of the afternoon and early evening, I finished today’s grading, got things together for tomorrow’s classes, prepared carrots to cook for supper, wrote the starting note for each song in our school song book so I can start them on the right key, put on a pot of rice to cook for supper; and when the rice was almost done, I started the carrots cooking, browned some onion and beef mince to add to the rice, and warmed up the greens.  And did the dishes, of course, after supper.

David is here this evening with the youth group.  Quite a large number of youth here this evening – around 40.  David is teaching on music.

“20And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.”  Revelation 9:20,21

May 29.  Another dry day.  More wind today than there has been so it didn’t feel quite so hot this afternoon.  SDA plane came in again several times, taking out loads of coffee.  There is still tons of coffee around in the three villages.  It is a good coffee year - both good production and good prices. We hope the people are wise enough to save their money in case hard times come.  A big drought is predicted for this year, and we hear on the news that there are already drought conditions in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Sunny, Esau, and Sosthenes looked after the store today.  It was supposed to be Phinehas’s turn, but his parents asked him to come help them pick coffee so Sosthenes took his place.  So far the students have made K245.40.  They need to make a total of K378 before they start making profit.  So they have a little ways to go yet.

“15And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.  16And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.”  Revelation 11:15-17

School Sales

May 26.  The Lord gave us a very beautiful day today.  When Daddy and I went out for our walk this morning a little before 10:00, it felt very warm and humid.  I expected that we would get rain, but things turned around this afternoon.

Daddy didn’t get me up this morning since there was no school, and I didn’t wake up until going on 6:30.  Had my morning drink.  Warmed up pancakes for our breakfast and fixed Daddy his eggs.  Ate and had quiet time.

Daddy turned on the generator for a while, and I got more math lessons scanned.  Afterward we went for our walk.  When we came back, I got the plastic bags folded that Daddy had brought back from town.  Put them away and also all the empty boxes that had had cargo in them.  Swept the bedroom floor.  Then worked on the next Bible lesson for school until dinner time.

After nap, I dusted off all the windows in the meeting room to get them ready for washing.  Lots of dirt collects on the windows from all the traffic (people traffic, that is) that goes by and all the dust that the winds stir up.  If I wash them like that, the rags will get dirty too quickly, and the window wash will just smear the dirt around.

Time to sit down after that, so worked on organizing the next Bible school lesson.  Then I got the school area set up for the sale this afternoon, and Daddy helped me put out the sale items.  Mike, Bethuel, and Tania were supposed to be in charge.  Mike came first and little Lawrence with him. Daddy and I helped for a while.  After a while, Bonita came along with her mother to buy some things so I asked her if she would like to help Mike since the other two hadn’t showed up yet.  She was happy to do that, and I was glad she did as Bethuel didn’t come until almost 4:00.  He had a bad headache too and later asked for some aspirin.

Not very many people came to buy today, but they probably wanted to keep working in their gardens while the weather was so nice.  They did about K50 worth of sales today.  Just before supper I made some fresh biscuits.  Still had enough left for my supper tonight, but tomorrow will probably be a very busy day so wanted to get them made while I had plenty of time.

Somewhere around 5:30, Mike and Bethuel put things away and set up the room for school tomorrow.

Wilson is here now for Bible school.

“For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”  Revelation 6:17

May 27.  A lot of clouds today, but one could probably count the number of rainsdrops that fell.  Otherwise it was another very warm day.

Woke up about 5:45 this morning.  It was already getting light out.  So I got up a little earlier than usual.  After breakfast and quiet time, I got all the pasteovers cut and ready to glue into the math books.  I was glad that I got them cut this morning because it took a long time to glue all of them into their books this afternoon.

It was good to get back to school today.  We had a busy day since we did Monday classes today.  Right after school, the kids got things set up for their sale.  Sosthenes, Graham, and Bonita were in charge today.  After they got everything set up, Daddy and I went and had a little nap.

After nap, I finished today’s grading, got things together for tomorrow, and glued on all the pasteovers.  Then it was time to put away all the sale items and get the room ready for Bible school this evening and lotu in the morning.  And then have our supper.

SIL came in several times today and took out coffee.  The pilot came down to the house for a cup of coffee while he was waiting for people to get their coffee ready to load onto the plane.  Daddy was his host as I was in school.  I did take a few minutes out to say hello while the students were doing some independent reading.

“12I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass; 13And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?”  Isaiah 51:12,13

A Long Trying Day

6/5/2014

I left out some of the journal notes, but these two days – the 24th and 25th of May, were very trying days in the work and ministry there in Owena, Papua New Guinea.  Thank you so much to all those who are praying diligently.

May 24.  Very warm and humid today.  Doors and windows are still open at 7:00 this evening.

Woke up about 5:45 this morning.  It was already getting light out.  Daddy didn’t get up and make a fire because we were short on firewood.  None of the young people would be able to chop wood today because they were hired by Kelly to go to Tainaraba and carry coffee back to Owena.  Kelly buys the coffee from the Tainaraba people.  So we didn’t know if anyone would be around to cut firewood.  However, the Lord sent George around later in the morning, and he wanted to chop firewood.  He is a fast worker and does a good job so we were thankful that he came.

After we got up, we went out and hung the clothes I had washed yesterday evening.  Then we had our breakfast, and then it was time for lotu.  Mike continued his lesson on “children” that he started a couple weeks ago.  Last time he preached on Mark 10:13,14, and today he preached on verse 15, talking about how we need to become like little children in order to enter the kingdom of God.

I worked on lesson plans for a while.  Then Daddy and I went for a little walk.  It was a beautiful morning for walking.  David’s mother was out there and wanted some soap.  We asked her to wait until we got back so she sat in the sunshine and waited.  When we got back, I fixed her a bag with soap, Maggi noodles, salt, cooking oil, matches, and some biscuits.  She was happy to get them.  She is staying now with Sakias, one of her close relatives.

After working a little more on lesson plans, I sorted and washed the greens that Mora brought; also cut up the rest of the chicken fillet into small pieces, browned it with some onions, added some seaweed, herbs and spices, and lots of water so we could have chicken noodle soup.  When the chicken was well done, I added the leftover carrots, spaghetti noodles, white sauce, and a can of peas.  While I was fixing dinner, Daddy went out and brought in the clothes.  We enjoyed our dinner.  I finished the lesson plans.  Then we enjoyed our nap.

My eyes were really itching and hurting this morning.  And then I remembered that we had a box of golden seal tea bags that had never been opened.  I really needed something to soothe my eyes.  Soaked two tea bags just before nap and put them on my eyes when I lay down.  Praise the Lord, it really helped a lot.

After nap, I heated water and washed my hair.  Then I got journal notes ready for C&C and started on an e-mail.  A little after 4:30, I went to the kitchen to make cookies and get supper.  After we ate, I got the kitchen cleaned up and did dishes.  While I was doing dishes, Daddy swept the floor.  Now I am happy to be sitting down.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Revelation 4:11

May 25.  It has been a long, trying day, but we praise the Lord for working in hearts and for His faithfulness and forgiveness.

It was very warm last night when we went to bed, and we expected rain today.  Woke up this morning to mostly clear skies, however, and thought we would soon see some sunshine.  But the clouds started building up, there were short periods of rain throughout the day, and we never did see the sunshine.  It is raining this evening and is getting a bit chilly.

Fixed our pancake breakfast.  Ate breakfast and had quiet time.  Wrote and sent a couple e-mails.  Printed out the next soul-winning lesson for Daddy to proofread.  Lotu time came around, but no one was here.  Shut down the computer and got ready for when they would come.  People were pretty late - close to 10:30 before we got started.  Some people didn’t come until REALLY late.

The song time was shortened since people were late.  Matthew preached a good message on giving, from II Corinthians 9:7-15.  In the afternoon, he preached one of the discipleship lessons, covering one of the evidences of a changed life.  In between meetings, we had our lunch and a short nap.

Matthew had called for a meeting to follow the afternoon meeting so he could meet with all the youth and their parents.

“2And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?  3And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.  4And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.  5And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof….  9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10  And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.  11And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;  12Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.”  Revelation 5:2-5,9-12
